Applied Automation Technologies, Inc. is a world-recognized software company specializing in developing software products for metrology applications used in smart manufacturing, and quality assurance.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional Manager to join our team in Michigan, USA, with the responsibility of managing all global marketing and sales activities.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the quality control and manufacturing sector across multiple countries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to position our software solutions as the preferred choice in the quality control and manufacturing industry.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals located in different regions, providing guidance, support, and fostering collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competition in various global markets.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials tailored to different regions and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, content marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Identify key global events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our solutions and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams across different regions, providing support in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to drive actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in global marketing and sales strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.  
  • Experience in Quality Control. CMMs, CAD/CAM, Automation or other related software is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing and sales management roles, preferably within the software industry and with a focus on quality control and manufacturing.
  • Extensive experience managing global marketing and sales operations, with a deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
